Learn how to make Choux pastry from scratch. Pipe into eclairs or Choux buns. Once baked fill with creme patisserie (or whipped double cream) & top with chocolate.
Choux pastry contains GLUTEN, MILK & EGG, Filling contains GLUTEN, MILK & EGG Topping contains MILK & SOYA so may not be suitable to those with allergies.
All classes have a minimum number of students in order for them to run. If this is not met the class may be cancelled or rescheduled for a new date.
