Saturday 26th April - 10:00-15:00 - £150 (£75 deposit, remaining £75 due anytime up until 1/04/25)
On this class you will
- Ganache a pre baked & filled 6" round cake (including a demo of how to make white chocolate ganache)
- Practice your fondant/sugarpaste covering & achieving a sharp edge on a dummy cake
- Ice your real ganached caked with fondant/sugarpaste and achieve a sharp edge finish

All classes/workshops have a minimum number of students in order for them to run. If this is not met the class may be cancelled or rescheduled for a new date.
