You need:
- 500g mix
- 1 egg
- 60g butter
- 60ml water
Instructions:
- Ingredients need to be at room temperature.
- Put the mix, eggs, butt and water in a bowl.
- Put a flat beater on your mixer and mix the dough for 5 minutes on low speed.
- Wrap the dough in cling film and set for an hour in the fridge.
- Preheat the oven to 180C (fan 160C).
- Knead the dough until smooth and elastic.
- Roll out the dough to a thickness of 3mm and cut out the desired shapes.
- Bake the cookies in the oven for approximately 12 minutes.
- Remove the cookies from the oven and let them cool down on the baking sheet.
- Decorate as desired!
